Digital Learning and Resources

All purchases of online courses, toolkits, and digital downloads are considered final once accessed and are non-refundable. Please review course descriptions, previews, and requirements before enrolling or purchasing.

In case of accidental duplicate payments or unresolved technical issues, users can contact support within 5 working days for resolution or credit adjustment.

 

Events and Summits

Refunds for international forums, summits, or ticketed events will follow separate refund and participation policies, which will be clearly mentioned in the respective event’s registration or detail page. Please review those event-specific policies carefully before completing your registration.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All course material, event content, frameworks, written resources, and tools provided by CSEED are intellectual property owned by CSEED unless otherwise indicated.
